Buffalo Elixir Medicine Show
Medicine Show is a guaranteed one hour of fun filled entertainment with Comedy Skits, Buffalo Elixir Spiels, Musical interludes, and more. Plus shootouts by the The Medicine Park Marauders.
Skits & music based on historic Medicine Show format with an authentic handcrafted Show Wagon complete with stage & bench seating. Skits are adapted from original Medicine Shows. Each show is approximately 60 minutes in length. Time of the performance is flexible to fit your needs. All shows are performed in time period correct costumes (for the Oklahoma Territory) – late 1800′s to early 1900′s. The Medicine Show is suitable for all ages and includes audience participation. Performances begin with, an explanation of the history of Medicine Show.
Medicine Park Marauders Shoot Outs
We offer gunfight shows by the Medicine Park Marauders as well as the complete Medicine Show. Our Marauder gunfights are done with a twist of humor, and each performance last 15 to 20 minutes. Coming to the Park with your group? Make the Marauders part of the experience.
Let us entertain you with an authentic taste of the old West.
We are nonprofit. All proceeds go to maintain and improve our shows, and buying more blank ammo.
Pricing Information
Cost of having the Medicine Park Marauders at your event will very according to the type of show that fits your needs. The Medicine Show requires the transporting of the Medicine Wagon which adds to the cost. We also have a banner set that can be used on a stage which where we would not use the Medicine Wagon. Gunfight Shows involve the least additional cost in transporting equipment and props.
Transportation expenses, are calculated on the distance and any possible tolls.
